Billie Eilish decided she might as well take the chance to shout Jimmy Kimmel for her infamous previous interview that made a splash on social media.

On Wednesday October 13th, 19-year-old music superstar attended Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Jimmy at one point mentioned that he had a copy of a bucket list she wrote in 2014. The 53-year-old presenter said Billie was 14 at the time, but she corrected him to make it clear that she was actually 12.

“Think about it, Jimmy,” she said, seeming pleased with the moment. “How old were you in 2014?”

This was a natural transition for her to address her highly debated 2019 interview in which Jimmy asked Billie about a list of pop culture references that were popular at her age in 1984, many of which she seemed unfamiliar with. That had contained Van Halen, Run DMC and Cabbage Patch Kids.

“Wait, really quick,” said Billie with a big smile during the new interview. “Do you remember the last time I was here?” When Jimmy confirmed this, she continued, “And you made me look a little stupid.”
